Just Austin Guesthouse — Hotel in Perak

I have previously stayed in Austin guesthouse before, decided to come and try out their new austin guesthouse. It really never disappoints. Check in process was simple. Room is adequately spacious for a solo traveller Like myself. Clean room and toilet which was almost spotless. Practical furniture that brings convenience. Comfy bed as well. The water pressure is very good too. It's not very often we get fan in the room, but this room which is equipped with a fan certainly adds bonus points. Wifi is provided. This house also has a small pantry for coffee and light meals. Water filter is provided but likely you are not supposed to drink straight out of the filter (not sure about the chlorine filtration function). Suggest to boil first. The gold standard of hosting and guesthouse quality and winner for 100-200rm range for me. Ice and Austin provided the best hosting experience I’ve received in Malaysia.

The rooms are immaculately designed and cleaned. WiFi is way above average (500 down 150 up). Bed is very comfortable. All the small but important things are in place (hair dryer on the bathroom wall, very nice body soap and shampoo available).

This review is also applicable to Just Austin Guesthouse which is of the same quality but some extra features like a kitchen / dining room.
