Advantage: Big space easy to do prayer toilet is clean near dobi & restaurant kfc & mcd is just around a corner

Disadvantage: u must check in exactly at 2pm (even u come at 1.59pm u are not allowed to check in) the staff doesnt even bother to ask if customer need their room to be clean aircond problem (suddenly u will wakeup at 3am or 4 am sweating coz the aircond is not working.. need to turn off n on again) room nearby is too noisy (even u have complained to the staff they dont do anything about it)

Please BEWARE u must pay online (full) eventhough they have option pay at the counter in order to confirm 100% your booking.. If u choose option pay at the counter, there are the risk they CANCELLED your booking WITHOUT MESSAGE YOU ABOUT IT eventhough they already confirmed the room for you.. OYO excuse it is system problem..

After 2 hours talk with their customer service, I manage to get small room after they cancelled my booking.. And I had to get 2 room because I bring family..

The condition of the room quite dusty like it hasn't been cleaning for 5 month.. I have to clean the bathroom myself.. Their mattress also a bit dusty make me feel itchy..

On the other room, they didn't put soap or mineral water at all.. Btw they also will not give u remote control for TV or aircond so u will do it manually..

For TV, they are the button at the side (a little back) of the TV in case u don't know how to...

Stayed in this hotel for a night. This hotel probably has been around for awhile and has definitely seen some action, judging from the obvious wear and tear on areas of the room. I was given a room with a window, but the window is so high up and so narrow that you'd probably have to be seven feet tall to actually enjoy the view. And by the way, the "view" would be of a Muslim cemetery. So needless to say, I was glad I wasn't tall enough. |But it's not all bad, the toilets were clean.|You received the normal complimentary towel, soap and 2 bottles of water.|The water heater unfortunately doesn't work, atleast the one in my room didn't, but to be fair I didn't ask the staff for assistance. The water pressure was strong. Not recommended for people with dust allergy and fear of cockroaches. I paid full amount to stay in a very dirty room with rubbish under the bed. I'm talking about rubbish like masks and water bottles, which could easily transmit COVID-19 virus. We had to request for a broom, a mop and a can of Ridsect to make the room even livable in. The housekeeping did not offer to clean up the room for us! That is not all. The air conditioner has obviously not been serviced in a while, given how dusty it is and how it keeps turning off by itself from time to time. I could not even disable the air conditioner's timer to fix this! Had not a fitful sleep because I had to wake up several times to turn the air con back on! Not to mention, the walls are not the least soundproof. I can even hear my neighbours showering. Thankfully, we could move to a better room upon request. The room is not at all perfect but it is a little bit better. Budget hotels do not have to equate to bad service! Please improve the condition...
