Rooms starts to show its old aging, wear and tear without proper attentive maintenance. You can't help but to notice the rooms vibe similar to those dodgy budget places. Even the commonly placed water heater at the 2nd floor was faulty and no one seems to bother.

The security deposit fee is RM30 per room, which will be returned upon checking out.

Parking is a challenge as they don't have guest reserved parking available. Parking in front of the premise is payable to the city council during work hours. Wi-Fi connectivity although free, but most of the times it is unavailable probably due to disconnected internet line.

The only thing people still renting the place out is because of the location. It is at the Arau town center, so most parents from other states would choose this place when sending their kids to the various higher learning education centers located near or around Arau, i.e. Politeknik Tuanku Sirajuddin, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, UiTM Perlis and Kolej...

Stay here for a night. We checked in late around 4a.m due to emergency matter. Location and price okay. But, they dont (i think forgot) to place towel in my room. However, i bring my own towel so i use my OWN towel and i dont report the lack of towel. So, when i want to check out, they make a weird face as if i steal their hotel towel !!!! Guys, that’s your staff fault for not placing the towel and dont check accordingly!!!! Please do your job correctly and check the rooms regularly. Besides that, there are many other lacking in the room such as smelly toilet, broken aircond and tv remote, also broken table lamp.
