Padang Besar Green Inn — Hotel in Perlis

I was in terrible trouble when I realised my 14 years old grand daughter passport was with her mom in KL when we were on the train halfway from KL to Padang Besar. We were going to Hatyai for holidays with 10 others from my sisters and family. It was about 3am when I got Firdaus on the line telling him I need a room to stay overnight as to wait for my daughter to sent my grand daughter passport down by tomorrow morning train from KL to reach Padang Besar the next day 1pm. Without hesitation, Firdaus said he can come to station to pick me. He came to pick me at 4.30am ( just imagine how terrified I was with a 14 years old girl with me in the mid night ) and sent us to his home stay where is clean and comfortable. I am so thankful we could have a good rest. He sent me back to the station the next day around noon to wait for the train from KL where my grand daughter passport was pass down with the train officers. It was an forgettable experience for me with Firdaus and so thankful for his act of kindness....

I came to this place because of a visa run. The main idea was to leave Thailand and get back immediately. So I arrived without luggage. Because I was not allowed to go back to Thailand I immediately had to look for accommodation for one night. I was lucky to get to this place. The owner are very nice and kind boy, took care of me more than a friend. I received vital information about this town, about food, fairs, and about where I could buy cold beer. When I broke my shoe and did make a bladder in the foot, he drove me to a pharmacy and to a shoe store to buy new shoes. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARROGANT RECEPTIONIST . I booked the stay a few weeks prior my stay. I called the hotel on my arrival date(in the morning )but suddenly the hotel said they hv issue with OYO and my room is not confirmed (I’ve already make full payment). Boleh je kalau nak try contact or settle kan benda ni awal or at least a few hours before guest sampai. Not just that, the owner try to blame me for not knowing to contact Agoda customer service.
