I Go Hotel — Hotel in Selangor

The MOST DISGUSTING Hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Just because my sister study in Masha University, I choose to stay. The hotel is full of cockroaches even inside the room, I got a cockroache bite me late night while sleeping and my sudden scream broken sleep. Horrible experience! Suffering mental trauma!! Even after complaining regarding cleanliness, the front desk or the Hotel cleaner who appears to understand no language, never bothered to make any cleaning. The front desk remains available only on day light and that’s all is the security. Even if you have any problems later evening or night, there is literally no one to solve the issue. Fine, it’s a budget hotel but where in the dictionary does it define that budget hotel includes cockroaches who bite people when they sleep?? Even on their google page there is no simple emergency number or an email to communicate regarding any issues. Highly recommend to NOT STAY in this hotel and at the same time, I DEMAND and politely request for a REFUND of my unsatisfactory stay for 7 days (13th-20th December 2024). Dont book here. Definitely misleading. Prior to check in, I specifically looked for a deposit fee when i booked from Trip.com - When i arrived the gentlemen asks for 50 MYR deposit, plus a 10 MYR tourism fee in CASH ONLY. Not only do i feel insulted because trip.com does not state the 50 MYR deposit in cash only, the 60 MYR total costs as much as a nightly stay at what is indeed a budget hotel. In addition to the 60MYR CASH ONLY fee, I wouldve needed to use a kiosk to check in. The kiosk asks for cash but encourages you to "Go cashlesss". Very clean & comfortable stay at affordable price. Receptionists are friendly. The hotel requires rm50 cash deposit upon check in and it is refundable. Shower gel, Iron & coway machine provided.
