Very speechless on how pizza hut handle situation like this. I have order thru the online app for pickup on friday. When i got home then found out they missed out one pizza. Then when i call the hotline, the person in charge told me wait the manager will call me and resolve this issue. I call later to ask the updates again, but the person jz told me wait for the manager to call me. Until the next day i didnt receive any calls. I have to go to the shop myself and ask, the counter person was nice and they make a new one on the spot.
