OYO Home 1135 Magnificent 1BR Kenwingston — Hotel in Sepang

They say a picture depicts a thousand words, in this case more like a few. At arrival, OYO staff was friendly and has assisted to ensure a smooth check in. However, The lobby of Tower A where this unit resides smells like a swamp. No ventilation whatsoever, I understand this might be a new property, do convey this to management. The unit is very secure, every door requires RFID card provided to open, even the lift. Upon entry the unit is clean 👍, there is a refrigerator and unusable kitchen (no cooking advertised its ok) Lastly, the important part your bed is inexcusable, its totally terrible we have resorted to rest on the sofa as it was that terrible. I tried using the towels provided to at least provide cushioning on the bed, Rm 100+ for a night, and yet I have to resort to such measures. You can really feel the springs on your spine like a cheap motel bed. The bathroom have a stench to it, no matter how clean or ventilated it is. The bed rest plaster (paneling) is broken and the bedroom ceiling fan is unclean . At least the air conditioning and heater is functional. I do not recommend OYO Homes. I expected better from OYO, there is nothing wrong with their staff BUT you provide paid lodging yet the basics of a proper bed is ignored.
