Tower 3, SkyPark@Cyberjaya — Hotel in Sepang

This is my truly honest review (I'm sorry, but it's best to be honest + fair)

Pro: Many unit's design (varieties of unit type to choose from, such as Duplex) Totally just a walking distance (access) to the nearest MRT station/terminal. Security is friendly and doing their job. Located near to the highway (somehow important, especially for working/travel). Standard facilities are available, and well maintained (but please improve toilets (facilities one) because sometimes a bit smelly (always monitor because owner already paid for maintenance).

Cons: Have to pay for the commercial rate (but you get nothing on return (no mall, no shops, no entertainment, "no-thing" commercial as it should be. But the bills you have to pay... You have to PAY for your own parking. Yes, you have to pay no matter what. While other condominiums give free 1 park for every unit (supposed to be like this), but here you have to add for another annoying commitment in your life. Management needs to be more progressive (update) and transparent (charges) because there are some issues with integrity.

Note: I wish I could think thrice next time before making...

Oh my God...

This place is so horrible. The parking so badly managed. The dust at basement parking unbelievable thick.

Btw, you need to pay 2MYR/entrance - which is fair.

At the main lobby (all the tower lobby), there’s cars against the traffic - mind you, that’s normal according to the guard & tenant/owner. Because you need to do big turn if you miss the lobby tower.

Basically..... The only good about this place is, cheap.

Buggers can’t be...

The location is great. Just next to MEX Highway. Close to shopping center and other shops in Cyberjaya as well as MRT stations. However, there are no shops within walking distance.

For the unit itself, it is excellent. Spacious enough for small family (mine is a duplex studio). Just that cooking is not very convenient if a proper kitchen is a must for you. And for the parking, it is rm4 per day or can buy a season pass for...
