I went it the left lane because I forgot the touchngo card and ask the woman if I could pay then she starts screaming saying she doesn’t care and to go reverse, go reverse where?? There was like 10 cars behind me and it was one way! I can’t turn around or go home, the worst part is she screamed she doesn’t care and shut the window on my face! The man who was in the car behind me tried to talk to her yet she had the same attitude so we told her we’re gonna call the police and she screams that she ain’t scared, the only reason we didn’t call the police is cause we didn’t wanna make it a big problem, thankfully the man who was in the car behind me let me borrow his touchngo card, why is she in the job while she can’t fulfil her duty? And she has no rights to be this rude to anyone let alone scream at people! Give the job to someone who will actually do their job, i really don’t wish to see...

Always broke down RFiD, always long queue. Notice board of lanes not high enough considering the hill and slope landscape, you need to be careful not to get wrong lanes after quite near the toll. Too few lanes for RFiD which supposed to be the most convenient choice, regardless of the damned political factor behind, the operator just can do a better job.
