Updated 21st May 2024 Had an excellent vegetarian breakfast buffet today. The dalcha taste was excellent, and so are the potato wedges. The thosai was perfectly cooked. Overall had an enjoyable meal. Would recommend this place.

Updated 29th April 2024. Breakfast buffet. On that particular morning, it was a total letdown. Experienced recently that depending on which chef is heading the particular morning, more, less, or none of the main food items will be without onions and garlic. Also, the taste of food items will vary between below average to very good. It would be nice to offer at least the dhal curry without onions and garlic to go with the dose or pratha for those who abstain from it. My previous review on the buffet breakfast was good due to the excellent chef.

Updated 20th April 2024 Buffet breakfast at the Garden Grille Usual vegan and vegetarian selection were there. The food is of the usual high quality and standards. Staff on duty were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the breakfast.

Had the buffet breakfast at the Garden Grille on a recent stay. Vegan options without onion and garlic are quite limited. Whatever was available, the food items were delicious and nice. Hopefully, there are a bit more vegan food selections without onions and garlic. And hope the plain congee is a permanent feature instead of on a rotation. The atmosphere is great, and the cook and staff on that particular day of patronage is helpful and friendly with an explanation of the ingredients in the food. Had an enjoyable meal and would recommend this place.

Posted 1st April 2024 A great stay and service that was experienced at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong. The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly. The standard basic room that was stayed in is spacious, clean, comfortable, and free from a musty smell. The room is very well maintained. The bathroom is cleaned and equipped with a toothbrush. Air con was very efficent, quiet, was too cold, but temperature can be adjusted. The downside is, for vegans, if an optional buffet breakfast is chosen, there is almost nothing to be had. Parking is free for guests. Entry and exit is cashless. Location wise, in a suburb residential area, quite a distance from the town centre. Walkable distance on a non people friendly road to the nearest Lrt...

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong (14- 15 June 2025) with top notch service.

It was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong, and I’m truly impressed with the impeccable service throughout our stay—from check-in to check-out.

We checked in around 12:30 AM and were warmly greeted by Khaza at the reception. He was very professional, even guiding us on where to get supper nearby. I requested a late check-out since we checked in late, and to my surprise, not only was it granted, but we were also offered complimentary breakfast! Such a thoughtful gesture.

The room was clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming with a lovely lotus-shaped towel on the bed accompanied by a handwritten welcome note. It gave such a homely and personal touch. The toiletries were of great quality too—Peter Thomas Roth shampoo and body wash, with a wonderfully fragrant scent.

What stood out most was the consistent warmth and friendliness of every staff member we encountered. Everyone was genuinely helpful, smiley, and attentive. During breakfast, the service team regularly checked if everything was good and kindly informed each table when the buffet was about to close. I also appreciated the noodle station staff going the extra mile by preparing a small bowl of noodles with the remaining ingredients upon my special request—and even bringing it to my table.

Check-out was smooth and efficient, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puchong! Would definitely love to return if given the opportunity. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable!

Staying at Hilton GI Puchong was a truly memorable experience for me and my partner. We were greeted very courteously and taken care of by Mr Haziri and Ms Ain.

Here are the highlights: the rooms and interior of the hotel are very comfortable the staff are generally helpful when present and convey the feeling of Hilton service despite it being a limited service hotel parking is abundant, accessible, and free to my knowledge breakfast is decent but not everything is going to be the best quality. Some items are better than others

Some things to note: the elevators are slow and there are many floors and only three elevators, unfortunately this seems like a more permanent problem, but at least temper your expectations and take a more relaxed pace to enjoy your stay I like the pantry idea rather than minibar, I do wish that the Hilton Honors discount would also apply. That would be a nice to have. unfortunately during breakfast our table was taken up by somebody else despite having the Hilton honors card displayed and our food still on the table. Perhaps an oversight or due to low staff count but it was a little bump to our experience as we were still holding food and had no place to go. Thankfully after we asked a staff member for help, we were quickly seated at a new table so all was good, though they didn't replace the honors card which is a small but noticeable detail.
