Nur Merang Inn Eco Resort — Hotel in Terengganu

Terrible. Beds are dirty and smell bad, looks like the bed sheet and bed cover never been washed for years, so many bugs and ants, small cockroach jumped on me :'( and mosquitoes. Bathroom horrible, so many ants, dirty, seem never been cleaned. So sad and dissapointed. Rug also dirty, looks never been vacuumed since it placed there I guess. Floors are dirty, make us wear our slippers inside the bedroom. We booked for 3 nights, made us cancel the last 2 night because I can sleep, worry ants enter my ears :( suddenly I become a killer, killing so many ants and bugs and mosquitoes.

The reason we chose this place because this place close to merang jetty. we plan to take jetty to Redang island early morning, that's why look for nearest place to stay.

Amazing service and The hosts are very friendly and helpful.Rooms fine if unspectacular and slightly old.Everything about the resort was excellent and I would recommend both couples and families to stay there. However, an improvement in the bathroom would be my only suggestion.

We parked our Car at the resort and the staff given car pool until the Merang jetty and after coming from redang island, we called her to pick and drop at the hotel for our Car. the staff helped us a lot ....

Just for 1 night rest or groups activity should be ok. But for longer stay not really recommended. Not really “resorts” cause the room quite odd, no entertainment such TV. But the location very good! Near with the jetty and easy to find...
