GRimbun Chalet — Hotel in Terengganu

This is my first super-duper bad review. ||||We had called ahead to say that we would be arriving late and the person who took our call said it was fine. However, no one greeted us when we arrived. No answer to the knocks on the office door that would have woken up the departed. The number to call at the reception was probably just for show as no one answered. On top of this, the telephone at the desk was not plugged in to any telephone socket! "For illustration purposes only", perhaps?||||One of the chalets was unlocked so all 8 of us bunked in together, just to while away the hours before our 9 a.m. boat. We stayed for 1 night in a Superior Quad Room. Everthing was bad except the aircon which was functioning in room no.12. Very dirty room with stained bed sheets; cob webs were all around; no basin in the room or the bathroom. We did not dared to go to the bathroom due to very bad and obnoxious smell; no chairs, tables or racks to sit or keep the luggage. Bonus were the rats. Worst possible amenities.
