From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel the occassion was made to feel special by extremely kinf honeymoon gestures made by the hotel staff. We were also warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, particularly Sanjeev and Dinesh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of remarkable.
Sanjeev, the epitome of excellent service, truly personalized our experience. He took the time to understand our preferences and tailored his recommendations accordingly. Sanjeev's extensive knowledge of the island and its hidden gems allowed us to explore and discover places we wouldn't have known otherwise. He was always available to answer our questions, provide insightful suggestions. His dedication to making us feel comfortable and supported was commendable, and we genuinely felt like valued guests throughout our entire stay.
In addition to Sanjeev's exceptional service, we were fortunate to encounter Dinesh, who added a touch of warmth and hospitality to our experience within the hotel itself. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Dinesh greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, instantly making us feel at ease. The constructive feedback i will say, however, is for their to be more transparency on charges outside of half board (packages) before selecting food choices. We were led to initially believe all things on menu were part of the halfboard package (this could've been made clear items we orderes were outside of our packages, to help us make an informed decision, until we learnt through the experience we were getting additionally charged.)
