The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning is very quiet, and can sleep very well at night next to it. It also does not shine directly on the bed.
There is a large TV, the programs are analog and sometimes with a very poor quality.
The bed is very big and you have a lot of space.
The breakfast has a very large selection, and if you stay longer in the accommodation, it will not get boring. The dishes offered on the menu are very good, but that does not mean that other restaurants are bad.
It is good that it is adjacent to the city center, otherwise long stays could be boring. In the evening there is always something to do in the city.
The Wi-Fi was fast as good as anywhere.
Transport / laundry cars are regularly pushed back and forth, early in the morning and late in the evening. Either the bearings of these wagons should be exchanged or handled a little more prudently with the times in which these wagons are rolled.
The espresso in the hotel is a disaster.
To my mind is too much chlorine in the pool.
The lift and door cards will not work properly after a while, the card will need to be inserted into the reader at least two to three times until it is detected. Later...

Read moreOne of the best places that I've stayed in. I was in Aguascalientes while my grandma was in a nearby hospital. The staff are amazing and they will go out of their way to help their guests and make them feel at ease. They even let me use the gym after hours to get a workout in and de-stress. The room was amazing and quiet and the food was also great! The hotel is centrally located in a safe and quiet area and it's about a 5 minute walk to the Jardin San Marcos and the shops around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Centro Historico de Aguascalientes. The hotel has a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and little shops and it even has a Starbucks with a limited menu. One day, when I return to Aguascalientes for a non-family emergency, I will definitely stay at Fiesta Americana. I sincerely appreciate the staff...
