Beautiful hotel whose beauty is, unfortunately, only skin deep. My A/C didn’t work. My room was 78 degrees at 9 p.m. Not horrible, but not pleasant. I asked if they had a fan. They did not. They suggested I open the window (as it was cooler outside). But, the window had no screen and there were mosquitos, as I had discovered while we were in a conference room earlier that evening and I was being attacked by mosquitos because we had to keep the door to the garden open … because the A/C didn’t work there either. That same day I noticed that the phone was not working, so it was impossible to request room service. At night I couldn't turn on or of the bedside lamp, the only option was to connect and disconnect it. I really expected much more from what should be a 4 star hotel, belonging to the prestigious Camino Real group....
