This is an amazing hotel at any price. Minutes from the airport. My son and I were very lucky to get a room here during Hurricane Norma. All of the Staff were amazing and so kind. It was safe and secure during the storm. Backup generator kept power going, restaurant kept serving food, they had plenty of water and snacks, WiFi was reliable and strong. Many people stayed and ate there during the storm who had nowhere to go and no power or safety in their homes. Excelente la cercanía al aeropuerto y el servicio de shuttle. Las camas son cómodas y se descansa muy bien, muchos canales en la tele y me gustó que hubiera ventilador y minisplit frío/calor.
Por comentarios de ruido, elegí una habitación arriba y pedí a la Srita. amable de recepción otra con más luz y fue mucho mejor. Lo malo es que había varios pelos en el piso, toallas y baño.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear en ese sentido. Por otro lado, me lleve mala experiencia con el trato de une chique con camisa, pashmina y pelo como naranja que me miró mal, giró la cara contra mi y tuvo una actitud muy déspota/grosera cuando llegué, sin embargo las siguientes veces que lo vi fue más amable, lo cual es desconcertante. Hay que cuidar que el personal esté bien capacitado y trate de mantener una coherencia y constancia en su actitud de servicio, humildad y amabilidad.
El chef me preparó algo de comida vegetariana y estuvo rico, buena atención en recepción y el restaurante.
Me parece algo elevado el precio por estos inconvenientes... nada de desayunar está incluido, a demás necesitan agregar una escalera del lado de la entrada porque se tiene que caminar demasiado para llegar a las habitaciones del fondo y por supuesto, deberían tener elevador!
Por último, tuve que hacer la reserva via telefónica ya que en ningún sitio de alojamiento daba la oportunidad. Ojalá puedan mejorar con el tiempo estos detalles, pues es...

It was a new affordable hotel that friends found. I stayed the night after finding my stolen car. The pool was great. Room service was fast. Only I asked for corn tortillas and got flour which I'm allergic to. I had room 208 which was Located down stairs nearby the laundry room.
