Casa de Aurora — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This place is 10 stars in my book. First time coming in today the man which I believe is the owner was so friendly and provided above and beyond customer service. Let's start with the food! The cheeseburger? Perfect 10/10. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and absolutely delicious along with the fries and the Horchata which was ice cold, fresh and refreshing. I also had the Flan for dessert which was the best Flan I ever had in my life. The atmosphere is so clean and very comfortable. Coming from the United States they make the real thing down here. You have to try it! I highly recommend Casa de Aurora. Skip going to La Paz and stop here for a great meal with excellent service. Highly recommend!! We were looking for a restaurant on the highway as we drove around La Paz and stopped here. OMG it so exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was so pretty, the service amazing and the food delicious. The owner is from Guerro and the specialty is enmoladas (enchiladas with mole) and pozole verde. We were the only people when we arrived at 1:00 but the restaurant filled up with locals when we were finished. Do not miss this spot...

Delightful!

Driving into La Paz needing breakfast we spotted this lovely restaurant. Stopped and went in. Immaculately clean. Wonderful Mexican plates on the wall. And best of all great food.

Looks like a wife/husband team plus cook turning out great food. We opted for a traditional American breakfast but lots of locals doing more authentic Mexican food.
