Hotel Oasis de la Paz — Hotel in Baja California Sur

This is the perfect hotel for La Paz Baja. We have been there now at least five times. Great 24/7 security--secured parking--two large CLEAN pools. The on-site restaurant serves good food at a very cheap price (do not know how they make $$$ ?). The rooms are fairly large, very clean, yet very simple. Updated bathrooms, which are also very clean. TV with ample channels & they have WIFI too. From the hotel you can get to any place in La Paz quickly or use a taxi from their 24/7 taxi line. But the BEST is the pricing...for a room with two single beds for one night (I hope you are sitting down) is only $500.00 Pesos or ONLY about $32,00 USD a night (depending on currency rates). YES, YOU READ THIS RIGHT!!!||Cheaper & so much better than a Hostel. They have a small store by the check-in counter to buy food items, sodas, water, bathroom stuff. my experience is that we choose this hotel because a friend make the recommendation but I think I should never listen, is an old hotel, any car can get in with out going thru a security filter so hotel is not secure, they dont speak English at all, and beware to bring enough cash because even they do have credit card charge machine they dont know how to use it so they will say the do not accept credit card seems to me the owners is loosing money because they do not put your name on the guest list, a friend stop by to say hi and the front desk lady told him that she can´t know what room number we have because they dont keep record on you, perfect hotel for fugitives, no one will ever know you are or were there!!!!! no water at all, beds are like a rock, well box spring is...
