Dear Mr. _,
I am writing on behalf of myself and my wife, Michelle, to express our sincere thanks for an excellent stay at the Four Seasons Los Cabos. For both of us, it was the first trip to the resort and the Los Cabos area and we could not have been more impressed with the new Four Seasons and the staff. This trip was for our honeymoon and it really felt like the staff went out of their way to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Aside from the manners and professionalism exuded by the staff everywhere we went, we were also treated to multiple bottles of champagne, mimosas, custom desserts brought to our table and bedroom, and even a night where our bath tub was filled for us with flower petals. Just excellent atmosphere overall for our honeymoon.
The resort, itself, is stunning. From the design of the pool and relaxing hammocks, to the state of the art gym and the little resort square, the resort feels like an oasis. We don’t golf, so we mostly relaxed but we took a tennis lesson and had a horse ride on the beach. These activities were excellent and I’m sure everything the resort offers is excellent. And, to no surprise, the food was fantastic with presentation to match. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners at Milos, and we had great tequila tasting and cocktails at Casa de Brasa. Honestly, everything was very good, including the many amenities brought to us poolside.
I could go on and on about our stay. We liked it so much, we changed our flight and added an extra day to the trip. The Four Seasons made our honeymoon very special and we sincerely thank you for that. We very much hope to be back at this resort or another Four Seasons very soon. We hope for a very successful 2021 when lots of guests can return to travel and enjoy your beautiful resort.
Please feel free to share this message to the extent it is helpful.
Sincerely,
Cliff...
Read moreBeautiful property and gorgeous rooms and amenities. Overall location is not my cup of tea... Too isolated from all other locales, activities, etc. A bit like a "hostage" resort where you have to buy whatever they're selling and whatever price they charge. $45 for eggs and bacon (and not the best) is only the beginning... Daily cost will climb at least 50% over what room price is once you're fed. And the howling wind thru from the sea of cortez makes it a bit chilly to sit outside on the...
