Hotel Jardin — Hotel in Baja California

I would like to point out the good first. The receptionist was new, but she was helpful and was able to get me a room as I had already booked a day prior via online through the hotels website. The receptionist was nice and courteous.

The bad. I would have given the service a 4 to 5 star, but they have a midnight employee who works out in the front checking in vehicles that come in. I was waiting in line to drop off the key and remote from my room when this goofy comes up to me mumbling words in Spanish and then proceeded to ask me if he can take my keys to look at the room. He came off somewhat stand off-ish and I was not in the mood to beat down a bozo so late into the night. I gave him the keys and he actually went to check the room. I don't understand why he did that because I saw earlier in the day people dropping off the keys to the receptionist and they had no issues and no one checked their room. To the manager of this hotel, please correct this unprofessional behavior of your employee who works outside of the hotel checking in the cars. My experience in this hotel was very good everything was very clean walking distance in the corner to a shopping center grocery store, an little Caesars bread store multiple little stores the security guy was very nice watching everything at night making sure if a car is going out is the owner taking the car.The only bad it’s only for couples...

Este lugar lo venden en internet como un “hotel” pero esto es un motel de mala nota , con Pole dance y todo !!!! sucio , descuidado, las paredes de la habitación con humedad y desjagandose la pintura … el baño ( la taza del baño)… no tiene puerta!!!!! , haces del baño saludando al que está en la cama 😡 y toda la noche oliendo a cañooooooo, el olor sale del drenaje de la regadera ….llegamos y nos cambiaron la tarifa … no es la que ponen en internet …te la aumentan “si quieres toda la noche” …. A pesar de que en internet dice te venden una noche y al llegar resulta que es por horas … como un motel de paso … nunca jamás regresaría !!! Si buscan un hotel … de verdad!!!! está no es una buena opción, Expedía no tiene filtros para lo que promociona … cuidado al elegir, un “ hotel” . Además te obligan a dejar tu llave cuando sales y vas a regresar … sin importar que no quieras limpieza , esto no lo dicen en internet y tampoco te dan una razón , solo te dicen “ son políticas del lugar”., obvio no hay caja fuerte y pues ya tú sabes si dejas...
