MOTEL La Querencia — Hotel in Baja California

Honestly the room is nice. Bed was really comfortable everything was clean except when I turned on the hot tub hairs full of lint came out and I'm not just saying one little bunch but several. I would of called reception but the ladyg was extremely rude starting from Check in. I had originally called the day before because I was interested in having a romantic day /night with my boyfriend so I asked how much was the suite with a Jacuzzi for a NIGHT? She said either 1,000 pesos or 1,350 pesos PER NIGHT. My following question was well what is the difference between the two? She explained that the only thing was that the $1,350 room had a swing (kinda cool). Well I decided to come in the following day which was yesterday Thursday 3/28/202 and get the $1,000 suite w/jacuzzi. WHEN I ARRIVED SHE WAS RUDE FROM THE START WITH ATTITUDE I GUESS THE SUITE W/JACUZZI FARES CHANGED FROM $1,000 PESOS PER NIGHT TO 1,000 PESOS FOR 12 HOURS (WISH THEY WOULD OF EXPLAINED THAT OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED. OVERALL I ENDED PAYING DOUBLE $2,000 PESOS FOR THE NIGHT. LIKE AROUND 5-6 PM I WAS GOING TO GO TO THE STORE TO GET DRINKS I READ ON THE DOOR THAT WE HAD TO NOTIFY FRONT DESK IF WE LEAVE . I WAS COOL WITH THAT BUT WHEN I CALLED THE RECEPTIONIST SAID WE HAD NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE. THEN SHE SAID I COULD ONLY LEAVE THIS ONE TIME BUT THAT SOMEONE HAD TO COME AND LOOK AT THE ROOM. I FELT DISRESPECTED, I FELT THEY INVADED MY PRIVACY AND HONESTLY I GOT REALLY UPSET. I HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS, MOTELS AND AIR BNB'S NEVER HAVE I HEARD THAT YOU CANT LEAVE YOUR ROOM AT ALL NOR THAT THEY HAD TO COME AND SEE IT BEFORE I DO. IN CONCLUSIÓN IF YOU DO DECIDE TO STAY HERE BE READY TO LOCK YOURSELF IN YOUR ROOM, DEAL WITH ATTITUDE AND CLEAN THE JACUZZI PRIOR TO PUTTING THE BUBBLES. HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS AND TRIES TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE I DID ASK TI SPEAK TO HER. I ALSO ASKED FOR HER NAME AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. ON TOP OF THAT I CALLED EARLIER THIS FRIDAY 03/29/2020 THEY SAID SHE WASN'T IN YET BUT MINUTES LATER RECEPTION CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HER.
