Cuartos eran del mejor nivel, realmente nos gustó la decoración y todo estuvo súper limpio. Las áreas de afuera que tenían realmente no era nada extravagante pero no nos importó porque estuvimos cómodo en el cuarto. La cama súper cómoda, el baño amplio y limpio también. El patio estaba lindo y tienes puertas con vista para afuera. Nos gustó todo eso. PERO, no había agua caliente.

Lo malo de todo era el servicio. Primero, no había agua caliente. Solo se comunican en Whats. Perdón pero soy extranjero y muy apenas uso el whats. Prefiero llamada. Bueno, cuando les avisamos que no había agua caliente tardaron un montón para contestarnos y descubrimos, de medio de uno de los trabajadores, que nuestro cuarto no tenía agua fría desde hace un día. Porque no pudieron ser más transparente desde el inicio? Obvio también afectó el Jacuzzi.

Durante nuestra visita de una noche dos días jamás tuvimos agua caliente y jamás nos regresaron ni un centavo. Nos quejamos y como que nos dieron el avión en solo decir “claro que les haríamos un tipo de reembolso” y literal no hicieron nada. Solo les aviso que es tipo boutique y pues no esperen nada del servicio.

Rooms were top notch! We loved the interior design. The bed was comfortable and everything was and looked super clean. No TV fyi. Bathroom was big and the patio was great place to sit and relax. The big open glass sliding door was facing a nice view of the outside environment and we enjoyed seeing that upon waking up. Unfortunately we did have hot water thru our two days and 1 night stay. The service was poor.

We communicated with the staff that we had no hot water. Unfortunately for me all communication was thru WhatsApp. It’s something I’m not to fond of but I understand as I’ve been to Europe and Asia and many companies do the same. However, these guys took their sweet time in replying. Only once we found out, via the worker outside, that our hot water hadn’t worked since the day prior did we get a response from the service team.

Even then, they didn’t really care only acted like they did. They claimed they would give us some part of a refund back and never did.

Outside is not much to write home about either. I know the pics make it look like it...

In our recent trip to Valle de Guadalupe, we stayed 4 nights at Paraje Hotel de Campo. Their King Suite Jacuzzi are cozy and comfortable and contain all the amenities of a luxury resort. Lake, mountains, vineyards, and gardens surround this picture-perfect property. We love their private terrace with lounging chairs, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the mountains and landscapes. And the jacuzzi added such a romantic and cozy touch to our stay. We were given detailed information beforehand—including the gate code, our room number, directions, and instructions to bring a deposit at 10 AM on the day of arrival. However, when we arrived after check-in time, we were shocked to find out our room had been given away to other guests who were supposedly already staying there. Mind you we had this reservation through booking for other a month. This completely ruined our trip.
