Avoid if you can/ A tucan trap on a cage :( /we book a room to spend the night amd paid extra hundred pesos for the junior suite the first room they offer us cae wiht small ants mini cocorouches and constant water drops from the celing amd the wall after we contacted reception they show us another room that also had water leack from the celing to the electrics of the chandelier as we wanted somw food and tbis place is not close of any food place or shop the reception guy kindly recomend a take away taco place we spected to hae breakfast the next morning but nothing was offer at tje restaurant as they just cater for the tur group that was staying at this place. On top of that neither hot water or cold water in the showers. dirty blankets definitely this place feeds on tour...

My expectations were high, but the reality was different. First of all, its location: very difficult to find, even the locals were unable to tell us where the hotel was. After an hour or so, going in circles, we arrived to find out that personnel doesn't have good manners. Very poor service. The main building is beautiful, but the place where most of the rooms are located is very dark, humid, and hot. The rooms are small and they are not clean. The bathroom was smelly and water from the shower ran into the room. We had to put some towels to avoid walking in the water. I don't recommend this...

Comentando brevemente lo ocurrido: llegué la madrugada del 15 de julio del año en curso y pedí una habitación suite cañada para pasar dos noches, se me dio la habitación y al llegar me percaté de que estaba en total descuido a lo cual hice caso omiso, ya que lo importante era descansar de un largo viaje, posteriormente quise hacer el reporte al lobby de que estaban saliendo insectos de los muebles, tomando en cuanta la hora, preferí descansar y quedarme en el hotel aunque no haya sido de mi total agrado, estando durmiendo sentí que algo me caminaba por el cuerpo durante la noche posteriormente me despertó un piquete en la espalda y al pararme me percaté de que eran insectos sobre la cama, al pararme noté que el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua en demasía, al grado de que el cuarto estaba completamente inundado y por los muebles salían cientos de insectos y larvas, lo cual hacia una estancia deleznable, nada salubre y en total riesgo de poner en peligro la vida puesto que el cuarto estaba lleno de agua en el piso y si hubiera algún cable suelto que hiciera corto circuito pudo haber ocurrido un accidente, posteriormente decidir recoger mis cosas y hacer valer mi derecho como lo indica la Ley federal del consumidor en su fracción XI de incumplimientos de prestadores de servicios, de pedir la devolución de mi dinero por las causas que están probadas y explicadas con anterioridad. A esto hay que agregarle que el cuarto estaba lleno de telarañas y muchas arañas. Jamás...
