Hotel Tapachula — Hotel in Chiapas

Overall the hotel is good but there are a.couple of things that need improvement. |1. Parking area. When we and my family arrived to the hotel there was not space to leave our vehicles. We had to leave our cars in the street. They said they were full at that time but latter on they would have enough space. We went to make some purchases and when we came back there was no space. |Towels. When we arrived they said they were cloning our rooms and they gave us only one of the.two that we booked to leave our stuff. There were no towels in the room and we asked for them. Then we left and they said that in two hours the towels would be deliver. But they didn't arrive so we had to ask for.them like 3 times.|Gym. This is something that concerns me a lot because the majority of the hotels around the world don't pay attention to these type of things. In my case I love to wake up, get ready and look for the gym to start.the day with energy. I went to the gym in the 3rd floor and they don't have enough equipment. ||These are the reasons why I am qualifying this hotel...

La peor experiencia que he tenido en México durante todo nuestro viaje! El staff es totalmente nefasto, la atención es terrible, por la mañana bajé al desayuno buffet con mi hija la comida estaba horrible, se supone que es buffet y las opciones son limitadas, solicité un bowl para yogurt y el mesero me lo tiró de forma atroz, desde un inicio el mesero me faltó el respeto por lo cual solicité hablar con el gerente, lo que hicieron fue enviar a la recepcionista a quien le indique nuevamente que quería hablar con el gerente y me informaron que no se encontraba, eran aproximadamente las 10am y no había gerente en el hotel lo cual fue contradictorio a lo que los meseros habían indicado, ya que se supone que habían ido por el gerente, es lamentable que el personal sea tan descortés, en adición a esto, NO ENTREGAN FACTURA! Al solicitarla me la negaron, luego indique que necesitaba el libro de quejas para poder dejar constancia de lo sucedido, y también me lo negaron, lo único que hicieron fue darme una hoja en blanco para escribir mi queja, hoja que seguramente iban a tirar a la basura, aparte en los dormitorios hay cucarachas, no es posible que este hotel esté catalogado cómo 4 estrellas, el staff es deplorable.

En respuesta al hotel solicité hablar con el manager 3 veces en 3 horarios distintos (8am, 10am, 2pm) y el manager se NEGÓ a atenderme, me he hospedado en varios hoteles de Tapachula y ustedes son los únicos que NO me han proveído factura, evaden impuestos no proveyendo factura a todos los que somos extranjeros entonces? Íbamos a extender nuestra estadía hasta que ocurrió el accidente de la mañana, la actitud de todo el personal es lo que conlleva a la pérdida de clientes. Claro está que el personal no puede mejor si el manager mismo les enseña a ser nefastos no atendiendo las solicitudes de los clientes.

Respecto a la comida por limitando me refiero a las opciones, tienen pocas opciones de comida, dice ser buffet más me hicieron un súper drama porque yo quería comer yogurt? Aparte el sabor de la comida es deplorable, al final no comí porque todo...

The rooms have a very decent size, you can feel the space. It is clean, the AC works perfect, they have cable TV. The buffete for breakfast they offer have many different options.||||The pools is not clean, twice we have stayed and twice it has been not clean. The internet is awful, don't expect good internet.||||Overall, I think it is a good deal and a great chance to disconnect a bit.||||Very close to Central Park, literally, around the corner.
