Ramada by Wyndham Hola Culiacan — Hotel in Culiacán Rosales

It is a long way and very difficult to get back in rush hour.The hotel is what we assume is downtown central.||As an anglo, we do not expect to have someone with perfect English on check in but the two young women had no English at all. It took some time to find out where and how to park our car (quite secure) and she had to call someone at home who was not available. Also, for dinner, they only had one suggestion which was not great. ||The hotel is clean but sad. Cannot see out the windows they are so dirty. The Gym has three pcs. of equipment only and is tiny.The room was clean but the AC is noisy. Old we guess.||The breakfast was fantastic and both the women at check out had perfect English. I came here with few expectations! But I did not expect a Ramada hotel to be so filthy! The floors had hairs, dirt all over the, I always walked with my flip flops due to the lack of housekeeping.||||The shower had MOLD!!! on the tile walls! and the ceiling! really? why, someone needs to really start inspecting the cleanliness of these establishments! Extremely unhappy!||||I was also overcharged! when I booked my hotel through a website it was $44.10, and when I wanted to check out, the claimed their internet was down, and hand wrote my credit card info and name, to my surprise, I was overcharged $23 bucks. ||||I filed a complaint with AMEX and got my money back.!||||Oh on a positive,...

We stayed here for several weeks due to work. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can here EVERYTHING next door at all hours. (I have found this to be true all over Mexico in particular.) Several of the staff were AWESOME but there was one guy in particular on the front desk was a nightmare along with the manager. Don't go if you are physically unfit because both lifts went out towards the end of our stay and they were out of service all day. During our stay at least one of the lifts was regularly out of service so there was quite a wait some days . Breakfast was great.
