We Stayed at Baja off the Grid on the first weekend of October to celebrate my birthday! Absolutely loved Baja off the Grid.
The place is enormous accommodated our group of 14 people so well. There were 6 bedrooms 2 full baths a large kitchen and plenty of seating area for all of us.
We were steps from the ocean with a breath taking view! The place was on a cliff, with all ocean view in every room. The sound of the ocean, the view of the cliffs, all so magical to take all in.
The accommodation was the best. Our host Igor was a fabulous host he really made our stay so special to all of us. We were able to purchase wood fire from him for a lovely bon fire. He arranged a private chef to come cook us a delicious sunset dinner as well as brunch the next day with off the menu choices.
Igor gave us a list of excursions to choose from; which included horse back riding, kayaking, boat cruises, yoga and hiking. We choose horse back riding and took a short trip down the road to enjoy our 2 hour excursion.
Igor gave us a sunset check out the next day for a very low cost. He offered to take us down on a short 10 minute hike to the tide pool which we all had such a great time at. We were swimming in the clear tide pools and jumping off the rocks into the pool we had an adventurous time together.
I can not wait to plan another trip to Baja off the grid. This was a great get away to Baja California, Ensenada. A glamours glamping experience any...
Read moreBaja off the Grid is a beautiful house right on the cliff. Amazing views of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets and we saw seals and dolphins swimming in the bay. It is a really neat eco off the grid house with lots of rooms that all have comfy beds, it has a really relaxing atmosphere, and a large open second floor to just lounge around. We went on lots of fun trails and hiked down to explore tidal pools, or private little coves. There is also a touristy market, a few restaurants, and La Bufadora in walking distance from the house where there are more sandy beaches to check out. We went horsebackriding on a sandy beach near by which was a really great experience. There are plenty of grocery stores, on the drive down and in Endeñada there is a pretty cool fish market. Our trip had both a very calm, no hassle vibe as well as plenty of activities to keep us occupied. Highly recommended to people who like to explore nature and are looking for a little peace and quiet. Everyone enjoyed their stay, no...
Read moreWent here to celebrate my bday with a crew of 6 and stayed at the Rancho Delmar. This is my 2nd time staying at this amazing secluded peninsula in Mexico. The first time we were enthralled from such jaw-dropping views. Definitely needed to come back and so we did for my special occasion. Not only was the propery absolutely incredible but the service from our super host with the most- Igor! He literally can pretty much make anything happen for you to complete the most memorable experience. We wanted to go out to Ensanada for the night and didn’t want to drive and Ubers and taxis (so we thought) don’t drive out that far since it’s secluded. But who made it happen?? IGOR! A taxi bus for our group trecked out and scooped us up and drove our drunk bodies back to our peninsula castle. Not only was Igor a wonderful host he became a good friend of ours. Him and his family really made it cozy and welcomed us made us feel like WE were family. Thanks Igor and Bajaoffthegrid crew!...
