La Mansion Ensenada — Hotel in Ensenada

I didn't get to stay here, and now I'm glad I canceled. We needed a place to stay while volunteering at a orphanage that happen to be during our anniversary. Every place is booked up and I found this spot. It looks great, although you share a kitchen and common area I thought it look good to try. Sunday we fly out to Cabo for a week. But we decided to cancel and just make the drive home late to prepare for our trip out. I canceled and keep in mind trip was made just hours before. I get these rude messages from a unknown number. Then messages through booking.com from the management of La Mansion Residency Suites Ensenada. ||One of the messages said- "Low class for weekend get away...try $30 rooms for your get away...my dog kennel is available for u"||||I couldn't believe it!! Worst of all he messaged me on my phone number I left on the booking agency website! Saying the same things, that I'm cheap why don't I stay at a cheap $40 hotel and stop wasting their time.. I wasn't sure who it was so i blocked them!||||I'm from Hawaii and in customer service for over 20+ years, this is insanely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND HONESTLY SCARY! DON'T STAY HERE!!! My sister-in-law had her birthday celebration here and might I say it was a weekend to remember! The decor, the service, the location is one for the books! La Mansiòn is an absolutely beautiful beachfront residence with breath taking views of the ocean from practically every room! The exceptional amenities from: toiletries, kitchen and bathroom supplies, patio furniture with firepits, large capacity heated jacuzzi, entry way to the tide pools (depending on the tides), available memory foam mattresses for large family groups, close proximity to markets and downtown Ensenada make this place ideal for a home away from home. Oh! And I can't forget to add there's a helipad in the backyard! Wow! This place has it all. The service was Amazing and the staff were very professional and helpful. La Mansion Ensenada! Great house. We had our wedding anniversary celebration here. Raul took care of everything and everyone in our party. Daily cleaning with wonderful ladies that will help you with whatever you need. Raul was very helpful in recommending local places for food, fresh shrimp or anything you need. He set up my husband and the men on a fishing trip, they caught 25 fish! Amazing views of the ocean. I would stay here again. They also rent rooms daily if available and includes breakfast. Every room has its own bathroom shower. Washer dryer available to use as well. Kitchen is loaded with anything you would need to cook if you want to. Enjoy ensenada and stay at the best...
