Fiesta Inn León — Hotel in Guanajuato

A very nice and comfortable hotel. I stayed here for the ICG 2024 Leon games and the sports complex is just right infront of this hotel. Rooms are being cleaned daily and the towels + beddings are so clean. They have a gym too that has 2 threadmills that works perfectly. The staff are very helpful and friendly too even though they dont speak english much but they try their best just to serve their guests. I also got some beers from their cute bar/dining area and if you want a mug with your beer... just say "en un tarro por favor". My only little problem which is not a big of a deal is that their TVs apps are disabled for netflix and other streaming services. There was 2 nights that I got back very early and wanted to watch some shows and ended up watching on my phone.

Anyways, this hotel rocks! I will definitely book again if I ever come back to Leon for another sporting event. Oh I forgot to mention, their food are great tasting too. Chili's is also beside it and...

We stayed for a week at this hotel. Not by choice. |We got a terrible room the first two nights. Had the impression the room was in maintenance and was given to us by mistake. |The door lock was broken, we had a non existent shower, the safe deposit box had no battery and it looked like the hair dryer had been ripped of the wall. The view was horrible: to the roof of the lower floor. And was full of garbage. Also at a main street. So it was very loud. I thought it was a joke. I complained and their were very friendly and cooperative, but it was too late for me... i hated the hotel for the rest of our stay because of that first impression. |By the third night we were "upgraded" to a better looking and quiet room. I had the impression that this hotel was a bit old and never gave it a chance during many years visitng Leon. Frankly speaking I was terribly mistaken... I wish I had discover it before!||||Hotel is sparking clean, well kept and comfortable for a business basis stay. But the best of all is the staff. There aren't negatives from the team. They are always available and fulfilling all requests from guests with a smile. Really, all the staff are who make the difference, since the warm welcoming up to the friendly goodbye as: "this is your home, please come back again".||||Now there are no doubts that Fiesta Inn is my favortie and only option to stay...
