First time here. First time I have a hotel room without a fridge or hairdryer. The hairdryer was free but the fridge is a daily charge.
The room was nice and comfortable as well as very clean.
The lobby is nice and modern but they have infusers everywhere and when I return to the hotel it's hard to breathe because of how much they use it.
The Internet is completely useless. Can't do anything on it. It didn't work for the first 3 days. The reception kept telling me it was the policies we had on our phones, thinking all our devices were corporate and sorry as the IT director I know better. I had to literally bring my tablet to the front desk and say show me that it works.
That evening the portal was fixed but it was so slow nothing worked anyways.
The food in the evening is not good. Burgers were only warm and the cheese didn't even melt. My colleagues also didn't like their food and it was lukewarm also.
No free shuttle service either, they prefer to charge you $25CAD for the 5 min drive to the airport....

My only issues were that the traffic noise from the nearby highway was fairly loud in my room--I am a light sleeper and I could still hear some of the sound even through earplugs; and, I object to the hotel policy of supplying two small, complimentary bottles of purified water but charging 34 pesos for a third, larger bottle. Considering the luxuriousness and correspondingly high cost of the room, they could have had all three be free. Otherwise, from my limited experience, it seemed to be a very nice...
Read moreThis was the first time for us staying at this Fiesta Inn in Puerto Interior. Usually we stay at the Fiesta Inn in Leon which makes travel to our Mexico facility so much longer. This Fiesta Inn was super nice, the layout was clean. The staff at the front desk spoke to us in English as they knew were visiting Mexico. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast staff was never nice. The beds were comfortable and they always provided two water bottle free of charge, the big bottle was like $34 peso. Across the street on the 2nd floor were 4 restaurants. We ate at them all, not as much selections as in Leon but each one was still very good food and service. Around the corner is a convenience store that sell snacks. Our company booked the hotel but for the price it's...
