Escondite is paradise. right on the beach. close to tourist areas but far enough to have total privacy.,the beach water is tempurture is heaven, swimmable, no danger all sand. you can walk for miles on open beach. no venders, perfect! easy to get to anywhere in the area. by. collectivo or taxi. The hotel is small, 4 villas 12 suites. grand in style , we visited in 4 different rooms, penthouse view amazing. all large and beatifully appointed, spaciuos decks and no plastic furniture anywhere, with superb views of ocean, Sierra madras mountains. palms. The entire place is hand made with local wood and stone, care and skill. the staff are excellent. the gardens are exceptional and pool areas are mint. 24 hr security. the beach area has all amenities. great service and the food is so fresh, superb you can have anything you want just delicious , fr the Manger Summer , has wealth of knowledge about mexico and all things edible, places , traditions and history. the hotel made a special local and Miyan lunch for my birthday. summer also has passion for food and his scorpion pepper hot sauce is yummy. one of the best places ever. we...

We stayed for a week at the end of November. It was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The staff at the Beach Club were great, especially Ferarri. The food was beautiful and delicious. And the margaritas were the best I have had anywhere. The entire property is beautiful and well kept. The unit we stayed in was perfect for 4 adults, as the rooms are private and very spacious. The patio is large and great for sitting out in the evening. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have every seen. It is just the place for a relaxing holiday. I will definitely be back. Thank you again to everyone...

We found this place the year it was built and stopped for lunch and to our surprise we had the best service, the food was great. We spent the afternoon and couldn't believe what a wonderful paradise we had found. Since then we have returned every year for 11 years by ourselves or with friends.
