The best 'Best western' I've ever seen, they are not just friendly, they make you feel like family, the location is great, you have delicious food nearby, shopping places, coffee shops and about the hotel... everything is new, clean, they really treat you as priority, the even think to fulfill necessities you didn't even know you had, we went with a baby and bought an icebox to store milk for her, they added a fridge without extra charges just to make our lives easier, I really loved it, I would go back to Iguala just to stay again in this hotel! The hotel didn't look that great when you walk into the plaza but the rooms are beautiful. The decor is modern and beautiful. The restaurant food is cheap and tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly. ||The only downside is there is no elevator and the hotel is a maze. It is above the plaza. Also make sure you ask for a quiet room. Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Staff was excellent; they went above and beyond. We had our daughter with us, we bought some milk at the corner store, along with a little ice chest and ice to keep it cold.
