Hotel Real 1900 — Hotel in Guerrero

Stayed there for 6 nights everything was good. Room was clean when we first arrived bathroom was big and the toilet could use a little more cleaning but shower was very cleaned i loved that it had a window to air out in the showe. AC worked great also has a ceiling fan. Location is perfect! Staff could be a little more friendly but didnt encounter any problems. I did order room service a few times every time everything is was good. Continental breakfast was included which was fresh fruit ,toasted bread,coffee and juice. Housekeeping was very friendly and attentive only got the room cleaned once due to my preference but cleaning is available daily. Thank you I will be back when I return...

Came to Mexico with out making any prior reservations to any hotels, this is the fourth place I've stayed at, this is the best hotel experience up to now, I'm traveling with my wife and two young kids and elderly lady and another family of three. We've been looking for a good night sleep 😴 and we found it here, no dogs barking no cars hooking 😊. Four stars on the room because behind both doors it was dirty, looked like the prior gues...

Excelente hotel en comodidad y limpieza, el mejor de Iguala. Desafortunadamente la actitud de recepción y gerencia dejan mucho que desear, me hospedo cada mes algunos días y el mes pasado me percaté que la música que escuchaba dentro de mi habitación en las noches no era del bar de la terraza como siempre pensé (creí que se hacía eco por las escaleras), es de la música ambiental de los pasillos que tiene volumen alto, al reportar está situación, no lo tomaron a bien, me dijo la gerente que la música no se iba a quitar, nadie se había quejado antes de ese tema y la apagaban a las 11pm por lo que le comenté que no buscaba eso, si no que bajarán el volumen. Este mes en dos dias no eh tenido agua caliente, llevo 3 reportes y hoy definitivamente la chica de recepción se molestó y dijo que ese era un tema que veia gerencia, no ella, al comentar que recepción es la cara que representa al hotel ante el huésped independientemente quien lo atienda, comentó que no, que en este hotel cada persona tiene un roll y ella no atiende esos temas....primer hotel en donde me...
