We live in California, we are originally from Taxco. We found this place because is centrical. We rented a Villa for a week, costing a lot of money for what they offer. The first day, we found was a Roach in the bathroom and Dead Flys by the Windows. No AC. Just a fan. We got this place to do a family gathering. My grandma is older. She is 80’s. So she needs spacial accommodations. Her room was not ready so we manage to get her to the terrace, nobody was there, so it was easy for us to wait there. - Everything was fine until the minute grandma was craving typical taquitos. We bring the food and everything was perfect for a perfect afternoon. This girl Melissa Hernandez. Her approach was rude, no customer service at all. She see’s her guest as money making machines. She only cares about people consuming from her Hothel. I explain her that my grandma was older and she was craving typical tacos de chuleta. She did no gave us the exception. Costing us a lot of work to transfer her to an other place. Please - Do not book in this Hothel. For all the money that they ask. It’s not worth it. They do not deserved your money.. It’s bad that after the pandemic they just care about them filling their pockets.
Aparte de cucarachas o moscas muertas. No se merecen su dinero, no renten de este lugar. No se esmeran para que uno esté contento en su locación. Melissa Hernandez es mediocre y no le importa las necesidades de uno como el de tener un huésped de edad.
No renten aquí. Solo quieren su dinero sin ofrecer un buen servicio. - No escuchan las desmandas de sus huéspedes. No saben escuchar, especialmente Melissa Hernandez. No se merece clientes como nosotros.
California or Anybody from USA don’t come here.. The only good thing here is the view. Everything else is terrible.

Read moreUpon arrival, I was told they overbooked the room category so they gave me a room without a balcony but with a bigger bed ( i really did not care about the bed size, so really it was a downgrade) the receptionist was rude and stated that she was going to cancel my reservation via booking and make it seem like my card had declined and made a new one there, for a different category when I refused she said that either I could take what she was offering or I could go somewhere else, the hotel is in a difficult area to access so after a long drive I decided to stay, right after charging my credit card the receptionist tried to sell me some private tours.. what a nerve.||Later that night I was unable to watch TV since the cable signal was very poor, I had to send some work emails which I couldn't do since there was no wi- fi I called the front desk and the receptionist (a nicer one) try and help but could not after trying with different wi-fi signals, then in the morning I showered but my travel companion couldn't finish showering since the water service was cut off.( again I called the front desk and they were not able to fix it) When I decided to speak to the manager a woman named Melissa Hernandez about all the difficulties she vaguely apologized she took my email and offered to give me a special rate for a future stay... days later I got an email with her information nothing else, she asked me to contact her if I wanted to return ...NO COMPENSATION OFFERED AT ALL ... breakfast is coffee or tea with toast and not even that I could get since I lost the paper they gave me upon check-in. this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed...
