Nice Location and service from most employees or staff. Worst Management I have experienced. My A/C did not work the first night, they fix it and tried to leave me in a room with wet carpet after fixing unit. During maintenance work we got items stolen from room, complained and tried to make a report and they do not take reports nor do anything about it. Since maintenance person is the supervisor they protected him. He admits having stolen items in his hands and admits of throwing them in the bed and floor of room when doing repairs but denies taking any. No person in charge had the decency of showing up or deal with the situation. Made a bad review and explained situation when Hotel sent me a survey by email but even with that no one has the decency even at Corporate Office to make sure their IHG Hotels provide the service and honesty they shall. They gave me a different room for the other nights and it needed maintenance hands. They should do that instead of blaming football players or guests for the problems in their rooms. Broken chairs, broken a/c, cloged shower heads, loose pipes in pluming features, "maintenance". IHG Hotels shall consider providing better service as they use to do before. Read moreWe had a very bad experience. When we first arrived, the hotel was being remodeled. We made the reservation a couple of days before our arrival and were not notified about all the inconveniences we were going to experience. We were taken care by a gentleman at a desk, it took him quite a while to check us in and give us our room key. We had been traveling for hours and just wanted our room. When we arrived to our room the blinds were unable to be moved. We couldn't open them. One of the lamps had no bulb. We didn't want to complain so we left it alone. We unpacked and went to get some food. It took us about an hour. When we got back in to our room, our door was opened. It had the lock opened, preventing the door from closing. We closed it and called reception. They said they would send security upstairs(security never made it). Apparently the maintenance guys went into our room and were "fixing" the tv. We were never asked if they could come in while we were gone. They came back to our room, and opened it, no knock on the door or anything. Conclusion: their way of fixing everything was giving us a suite. We appreciate the gesture, but their invasion of privacy and lack of security is just...
Read moreHe sido cliente de esta cadena Hotelera por ya varios años, la empresa para la cual ahora trabajo también los prefiere, pero en esta ocasión me ha sucedido algo extraordinariamente desagradable, el día 18 de .sexo la persona de sexo masculino que atendía la recepción a las 19:00 horas de la tarde al pedirle que me reprogamara mis llaves de la habitación, fué cv en extremo grosero e irreverente, me había tratado un día antes por más de 20 minutos a mi llegada y ni siquiera ma había ofrecido la amenidad correspondiente IHG y al comentarle ese día se limitó a darme una botella de agua, situación que aún consideré normal, pero al día siguiente con mis llaves se puso a preguntarme que si tenía las llaves junto al teléfono, comenté que no, y siguiente preguntando, ya sabía bien quién era y me siguió preguntando, a lo que le dije que solo me checara las tarjetas llave y se molestó el más que yo , y comenzó a tratarme de "Si quieres" y "Si no, te doy el número para que te quejes". Desafiante, a lo que le comenté no se dice si quieres, se debe decir _si usted quiere. Y retador dijo " irá, si quieres" y le dije _ no se dice irá, se dice mira y más correcto mire. Siguió desafiando me y preferí pedirle nuevamente mis llaves y me retiré, la señorita que lo acompañaba en la recepción vio y se dió cuenta de lo grosero y desafiante que era incluso habiendo ya más gente en la recepción. Es lamentable que después de sólo hablar bien de mi hospedaje en los estados donde voy a trabajar ahora deba comentar que ese no es un buen cv sitio y solo por el ego de un joven de barba tipo Abraham Lincoln que trata a los que se hospedan de forma tan lamentable, creo que ha Sido un error mío y de mi empresa haber elegido ese sitio, he de comentar que adicionalmente enviaré un correo a su dirección y que al menos sepan lo que pasa y que tipo de personas atienden en su...
