Hotel Carmelita Mitla — Hotel in Oaxaca

Our worst stay in Mexico… and we’ve been here for months. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and when we complained they just gave another key for another room, no help moving bags, no sorry, nothing… we didn’t sleep at all because there was noise coming from the street but even worst, the receptionist was listening tv super loud. In the morning no hot water, ice cold so we didn’t shower. When we complained the receptionist said he “had the right to watch is tv” and that hot water had to be requested 🤷🏽‍♀️ we stayed in better for cheaper! Actually people are amazing in Mexico, this was our first really bad experience. Don’t go here there seem to be much better options around, we regret not going for...

NADA RECOMENDABLE La estancia en el Hotel Carmelita, en Mitla, Oaxaca fue pésima😡 Estuvimos hospedados (4 personas) del 25 al 29 de diciembre este 2024. Empezando por el Sr. Juventino (dueño del hotel) no sabe nada de atención al cliente.😡 El tercer día, le pedí papel higiénico y como "estaba ocupado" (según sus palabras) me dijo que más tarde me lo mandaría y le tuve que decir que quería hacer mis necesidades, que me lo diera en ese momento. Nos dio 3 habitaciones, dos sencillas y una doble. Para bañarnos o salía el agua fría o salía hirviendo nunca templada, además de no alcanzar a bañarnos porque se acababa el agua y no es que la desperdiciaramos, dejaba de salir a media enjabonada y no, esto no sucedía en una sola habitación fueron las tres y en la 14 también. En las habitaciones 19 y 20 no llega el internet y Juventino nos engañaba diciendo que traería al técnico para que lo arreglará lo cual no sucedió durante nuestra estancia. A mí me cambiaron a la habitación 14 y no salía agua caliente😡 Estacionar el auto fue otro problema, tenía que esperar hasta dos horas para poder guardar nuestro auto pero eso sí, levantarme a las 5:30 a.m. a moverlo para que otro coche saliera, no tienen el cuidado de organizar el estacionamiento sabiendo que es pequeño el espacio. PESIMA ESTANCIA😡 Para el mal estado de las instalaciones (baños) el precio es carísimo $950.00 habitación sencilla y $1050.00 habitación doble. NADA...
