We didn't expect the Hilton or anything, We know the price is cheap so it was "OK" for what we paid. the booking was made by a friend who was staying in the room next door, they did the check in earlier that day, then after the event we where all in Queretaro for, we arrived to the hotel around 12.30am, The rooms are ok simple but enough, the first thing we noticed is that our room stank!!! but we just put some deodorant and weren't that bothered. then after about 30 minutes my friend who was in the next-door room, calls me and says that she's being beaten by Bedbugs!!! how disgusting is that!!... i went to see it myself and there they where!! you could see them! and they had already killed some of them so you could see the disgusting stain of blood next to the little flee... they took of and move to another Hotel. my husband was asleep and our room didn't show that problem so we staid and i have to say that if it wasn't for this i wouldn't be writing anything but.. decent enough place, although a little bit smelling like drains.. but.. the truth is that after my friend leaving i had that horrible feeling that i might be attack by this bugs too. thankfully i wasn't.. but i didn't have a nice sleep either. ||Next day we all went to see the receptionist and they agreed to give the money back.. and i'm glad to say that the owner was concerned about the situation, and two days later he paid the money back to my friends, so that says a lot about them, hopefully they sort that problem out, cos they are good people trying to do...
Read moreI did our reservation through Expedia and I selected the option 'PAY AT THE HOTEL'. The hotel decided to charge my card about one month in advance. Expedia said they should not charge anything until check in date. I called the hotel and they told me to call back to talk to someone else and this happened 7 times. Finally I got someone who promised me to refund the amount charged if I gave them a bank account number which I did. She said they would refund within 48 hours. AFTER 3 WEEKS NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE AND I HAD SPEND MORE THAN WHAT THEY CHARGE IN PHONE CALLS TO THEM. ||I HOPE NOBODY HAS TO GO THROUGH ALL...
Read moreIt was very easy to fin the facility on GoogleMaps and I arrived with no problem. The welcoming by Adriana the recepcionist was very nice and warm, she also provided me with a cup of coffee. The environment and decoration was very relaxing and nice. I enjoyed from the colors on the walls to the soft and warm blanket, everything worked fine, and I also find it to be a very safe place located in a residential area.|I only stayed for one night getting prepared for a business appointment on the next day.
