Crown Paradise Club Riviera Maya — Hotel in Quintana Roo

From the moment you arrive at Crown Paradise Club Riviera Maya, you enter an incredible world of high end resort amenities and staff who go above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile. My boyfriend and I visited for his birthday last month and it was such an amazing experience that we didn't want to leave. The facilities are spotless, high touch areas are constantly sanitized and even the floors are squeegeed (SQUEEGEED YALL) daily. The room we stayed in was on a higher floor (crown level i want to say?) which included a jacuzzi. Let me tell you about this room: IT'S HUGE. Modern and well appointed decor, glass shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head, gorgeous vanity, dual closets and a separate toilet. The room is open plan divided only by a wooden sliding semi private wall (perfect for couples but perhaps a little too open for anyone else). The attached balcony had beautiful ocean and pool views and served as the perfect background for breakfast en suite, which we took advantage of quite frequently. The room service menu had a limited variety of choices for every meal of the day,and any additional requests were handled with the utmost care. At some point my future husband asked for his vegetables to be charred per his preference and they were quickly brought up to us in charcoal looking condition. He was ecstatic! During our stay, the resort was in the middle of reparations following multiple storms, with all restaurants and all but one pool open by the end of our stay. Speaking of food, I have no words to describe the incredible meals we were treated to during our visit: From typical mexican fare to French cuisine, BBQ style cuts and all around buffet + a snack bar, there's a little bit for everyone's taste and what I honestly thought were the BEST drinks I've ever had. We were truly spoiled by Chef and our servers. Honestly an amazing and beautiful location made 1000 times better by the people who work there and make it their mission for us to have a pleasant stay. El hotel aún está en construcción fueron una vacaciones desastrosas imagina estar dormido bien agusto y que de repente te despierte la maquinaria, eso sí una atención excelente por parte del personal pero en cuanto a instalaciones no hay piscinas, ni teatro, no tiene ni regaderas en la playa realmente me decepcione bastante del hotel y más porque en las fotos muestra una realidad incierta podría decirse que es publicidad engañosa lastima que el Crown Paradise no nos escuchó al contrario pedimos un reembolso y no lo negaron, pero eso sí el hotel cobro el hospedaje como 5 estrellas lo cual obviamente no...
