The WORST hotel I’ve ever been to in my life and I have stayed in hundreds around the world. They gave us a wrong key 3 times during checking in. We paid for early check-in but this situation wasted the entire hour we had paid early for!

We went out and come back a few hours later to see that 2 men are trying to enter our room because they checked them in to our assigned room while we was out!!!! I have never seen this in my life. If we didn’t arrive on time we could have had ALL our belongings stolen. Furthermore our room key didn’t work AGAIN 4 times after this and we were kept in the lobby for 45 minutes by the manager JANET because she didn’t want to ‘deal’ with the mistake right now as she was too ‘busy’.

We missed our dinner reservation because of their shambolic service and she tried to ‘compensate’ us with dinner however they said nothing was available but pasta, burgers and hot dogs. Is this McDonald’s? It was clear that the restaurant staff were instructed to say that the steak and shrimp were unavailable as they were on the phone as we finally arrived up to the restaurant and were very hesitant with us and discussing the menu choices. We then had told her we missed our dinner because of their incompetence and she said ‘that’s not my problem’. We asked for a refund as we were appalled by their service and she plain blankly refused and said it’s not my problem you have to deal with it. Those were her exact words. Her sarcasm was a shocking. I have never been spoken to by a manager like this in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Cancun has other great hotels!!!! You may have your room assigned to someone else while you’re out or kept waiting an hour for a key to open.

Aswell as all of this, our room had a leak and mould was forming (I have pics), she said this is due to an issue that occurred a year ago, so they can’t fix this within the year? Please guys, stay away. I wish I’d read the previous reviews first to avoid this hotel. Ruined our last night on this great trip. They will try to deny this on Google as we stated we would leave this review.. but multiple guests in the lobby witnessed these disgraceful interactions.

Furthermore, the sound pollution is horrendous, you can hear every single car driving on the freeway as this hotel structure is appealing and failed to add any sound insulation. - good...

We booked a penthouse room with a pool and were super excited based on the photos and reviews we had seen online. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for.||Firstly, the hotel is located in a shopping center strip with a shared parking lot, which was unexpected. The check-in experience was underwhelming; the staff seemed preoccupied and almost annoyed by our presence. They spoke only to my partner, who is a native Spanish speaker, and largely ignored me, despite advertising as a bilingual facility.||Upon receiving our keycard, we found it did not unlock the room. We turned back to go to the reception are, only to be informed that we needed a different room, with no explanation given. The new room was a few doors down and initially seemed okay but was very dark and had an uninspiring view of construction and rooftops of local housing.||The private plunge pool was on a second level, accessed by a winding staircase which had cracks and missing chunks from some of the steps. The pool area itself was in poor condition: chairs without cushions, a loose floor board with a hole, and neglected plants. The pool water was dirty with debris, making it unusable.||Inside the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke (we did not request a smoking room). The pillowcase had stains that looked like dead bug guts, and the bathroom towel had a clump of shaved hair prominently placed on it—which was revolting. When we reported this to the staff, the manager appeared indifferent but promised clean towels and a thorough room check.||We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, where the shrimp tacos were editable but fried, despite the menu not indicating this. The main guest pool water was somewhat cloudy and had visible debris, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned recently.||Returning to our room, the cigarette smoke smell persisted. Further inspection revealed a clump of long, dark hair in the shower, entangled with what appeared to be a used tampon. That was the final straw.||We left immediately and requested a refund, which, to their credit, was processed...

A low class motel disguised as a boutique hotel with at most three employees running the entire show. The pool has ice cold water and is dirty the jacuzzi is cold. The pool service is absent. The one restaurant they had open had a very limited menu and the food was overpriced and inedible. Their “continental” breakfast was toast and fruit. And a very small toaster. The rooms were big but not clean and you could hear EVERYTHING and I’m a heavy sleeper doesn’t matter you could hear the street sounds loud bangs that sounded like bullet shots and anything and anyone that is in the room aside from you. The check in process takes an hour, even if you are the only one there. We arrived on a Thursday I asked for bath towels that never arrived. I requested them again the following days finally on Saturday I went and begged, and the maid was reluctant, but gave me one! Requesting late check out was so difficult even when I offered to pay they don’t answer the phone when you call reception. They don’t answer via WhatsApp. There’s absolutely no service here. We were a group and we had a total of 10 rooms and all 10 rooms had the same experience or worse. The rooms with the private pools are a joke in order to get to the private pools. You have to go up a very spiral and tiny staircase that’s wobbly when you get to it not only is it not clean but in order to turn on any function the Jets, the water temperature anything you have to call and again they don’t answer . The water will be cold and even if you want the waterfall function on, there’s no way to turn it on yourself. You have to call a.k.a. go downstairs in person because they don’t answer the phone. They don’t have ice on any of the floors so trying to make your own drinks in your room is . they don’t have a microwave, but they have a kitchenette with no cooking utensils and they have a tiny small fridge that is filled with items that if you move you you will be charged for so there’s nowhere to store your items to keep them cold.
