I have to give this place 5 stars all around! We don’t speak Spanish but from the moment we walked in they tried their best to be hospitable and accommodating! The atmosphere is cute. A small but clean and organized interior with a little patio outside as well. And the food! AMAZING! We both got the classic burger because we wanted something classic and simple. We order a single and double cheeseburger with a side of fries. The burger was perfectly cooked, juice but still cooked through with fresh produce. First, I'll start with the good. Presentation + preparation are very good, the business is trying to cater to a higher end crowd which I can appreciate. I ordered the Consentida burger w/ fries. The "carne de res" consisted of a mixture of carrot + onion and was quite disappointing, the "meat" was lacking seasoning, and was very crumbly and not distributed evenly within the burger. The bread is too thick, when you hold the hamburger you'll notice you're only getting a big piece of bread, very little meat + vegetables. I had the pleasure of dining at Estación B and ordered their standout creation: "La Verdadera Quien Pudiera" — and it absolutely lived up to its name.

The sandwich was incredibly flavorful and juicy, packed with tender, slow-cooked beef short ribs that literally melted in my mouth.

The fresh veggies added the perfect crunch and contrast to the richness of the meat, all held together by a beautifully toasted bun with just the right amount of chew. Every bite was satisfying and full of flavor.

The service was excellent — warm, friendly, and attentive.
