DO NOT STAY HERE. They are pros at the bait-and-switch scam. They lure you in with their website, then you get here and realize you have been duped. My original reservation was for the "all-inclusive" package at the Hotel. A week before I arrived, I received a phone call asking if I wanted a "FREE" upgrade to their condos at no extra cost. Being the skeptic that I am, I asked if I would still have all the access I originally wanted and was assured everything would be the same. IT WAS NOT. Staying in the Condos means you have to request transportation to go back and forth from the condos to the hotel or walk a mile. Transportation was unpredictable at best. At one point, I ended up walking because the wait was more than 15 minutes. The website says spa, don't believe it. There is a space that says "spa" but there are no employees there. They have a "fitness center" made up of machines from the 80s. The main equipment didn't work and had signs showing "unavailable". The restaurant was the only thing that seemed to run smoothly, just don't order room service, because you won't get what you asked for. The resort itself is beautiful, well if you look past all the ongoing construction. However, when I arrived they stated they wanted to "upgrade" my room. I now know that was because they overbooked for a wedding and soccer tournament. The staff was clearly new or not very well trained. The room we were "upgraded" to was not clean, there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the mattress might as well have been a piece of plywood. Some upgrade. The service at the outside restaurant was incredibly slow. They also seemed to be confused about how to charge to the room. The only thing executed correctly by our shuttle driver was to arrange for us to have a taxi pick us up very early since the shuttle doesn't operate until 6am. Something else they fail to mention on the booking site.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place....at least for a few years until the place is fully...

If you want to be isolated, this is the place. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely need a car if you want to do anything, even go to a store or out to eat.
Some things in the room did not work properly. Little store basically just has chips, snacks and drinks and everything is overpriced.
Restaurants were not great, especially for the price, so we ended up eating in town or buying groceries to eat all weekend we ate at all 3 places.
Beach was amazing and all to yourself, but no chairs or umbrellas and pools were good.
If you don't have a car, you will need to get shuttle to get everywhere if not...
