Worst experience on this level of hotel.
A cockroach in the breakfast area, we reported it to the lady at the entrance, she was on the phone and did not paid much attention.
Room was noisy, it is in the busiest street of the city and this is an open hotel (motel kind of), in addition, the air conditioning was very noisy as well.
Looks that this hotel is a remodeled very old hotel, but not a fine work was done, there is still very old bad maintained furniture, and facilities in the rooms.
Staff was not the kindest, probably not well paid.
Not enough parking space, they put cars everywhere and makes difficult to go out, with the risk of a collision.
Wi-Fi very slow and unstable.
In general, very difficult to find something that I liked from this hotel.
Will never stay there, there are some other hotels in the area at a lower cost that are newer than this, but were booked for those nights. If that happens again better try another one.
5 nights before, I stayed on one of those hotels and the service, quality and value was way far...
Read moreWe chose this place because it had favorable reviews and we were not disappointed . The front desk clerk did not speak English, but we were able to seal the deal and she helped me login to the wifi. The wifi did not work in our room, so I sat outside the lobby to go online. This was the only downside of our stay. Our room was clean and comfy with a roomy walk in shower. My husband was able to find the Superbowl broadcast in English on the television, so he was happy as a clam. I was delighted that they offered fresh fruit for the continental breakfast. We were there when they first started serving, so I'm not sure if they keep it well stocked throughout the morning. I do not hesitate to recommend this place if you need a place...
Read moreTraveling from Tucson, we usually stop in Navajoa as a halfway point. For a change ( and due to a Choice hotels promotion) we stopped ( both ways) at this Quality Inn for a change. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and the included breakfast was good. And there are numerous places to eat within a short walking distance. Parking is secure. It does tend to have a lot of street noise, but we learned the lesson on the first stay, and chose a quiet room location for the return trip. We suggest getting a 300 series room. They are in the back, near the pool and the traffic noise is quite well blocked by the front building. All in all, a good stay at...
