Hôtel Oscar — Hotel in Agdal Riyad أكدال الرياض

This hotel is such a mess, just tear it down and rebuild a new one please.||I stayed at the fourth floor, which seemed a floor under renovation but in reality it was just horrible. These was rubble in every corner, both in the corridor and in my room. The build-in wardrobe was paved wth rubble - literally. Plaster was falling from the walls, everywhere. Since there are humidity issues, bed and wooden furniture were damaged. The shower was the best part of the room : the soap holder and water pipes was oxydated and rusty. I didn't though it can happen, but yes, it's like the picture posted here but much worse.||It's like sleeping in a construction site (rather a demolition site).||I cannot say the room was dirty, since the dirt was probably hidden by the rubble. Bed sheets were a bit dirty, but not too much.||Positive note : I could sleep without noises.||Other small things : breakfast is sad and miserable, like being invited in a poor people's house for eating. There is no waiter, so noone is arond when you need to ask for a spoon or a napkin. Wifi does work in the corridor, but not in the room. You cannot lock the door of the room. They charge 850 dirhams for the pleasure of sleeping there.||||An advice: just go there if you are blind, not allergic to dust and you like to take a shower with...

Literally a NIGHTMARE hotel. Very bad place to stay one night extra. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it lacks all the ingredients of a decent hotel. Nice beds, good climate control, good service and calm environment, but it has many issues: Starting with the lights in the rooms, it feels dark inside especially in the bathroom. The running hot water is warm but not hot, and its pressure is very low. There was no refrigerator in the room, but when we asked for it they sent us one. When the room service came in the second day, instead of changing the towels, they just folded them and put them on the beds, we had to complain to get clean ones. There was a great variety of food in the breakfast area, but it was cold, there was an oven to heat the food, but no solution to keep exposed food warm. The buttons on the elevator are another mystery, intead of the number 0, there is a triangle and there is another button were there is a reversed letter E, that leads to nowhere..
