Eco Bay Surf House — Hotel in caïdat d'Aourir

I did not actually stay here and I am glad I did not! I booked on Hostelworld and they put the price as €3/night. I booked for 3 nights. Khalid (manager/owner) send me an email saying that the price was a mistake in the system and that it should be €30/night. I can understand that but he tried to blame it on me and make it seem like it was my fault for booking saying ‘you should know that you will not get a private room and a breakfast for that price anywhere’. He was very rude on the phone with my boyfriend as well. We asked for a discount and he did provide some but it was not even close to what the price in Hostelworld. So he told my boyfriend on the phone ‘I am not selling potatoes to negotiate the price’. His behavior was out of line rude. Also on the emails he sent me after saying I should know that this cannot be the price and did not even provide me with a refund. This is not about what I should know or I shouldn’t know. This is about their error and they tried to blame it on me. Really negative...
