We had a very disappointing experience at this hostel.

Finding the place was difficult as there was no signage. Despite multiple calls and messages, the host only came to find us after repeated attempts.

Upon arrival, we found the entire place, including our room, dirty and dusty. Even though we checked in late, the room was not ready. It had no windows, and we were not provided with towels. Pillows were very smelly.

Breakfast, which was supposed to be included, was never given to us. We requested a refund but received no response, which is unacceptable.

The toilet was also dirty, and when I entered the kitchen to get some ice from the freezer, I was shocked by the level of mess and filth. It was so unhygienic that even if breakfast had been available, I wouldn’t have eaten it.

Overall, this was an extremely poor experience, and we cannot recommend staying here.

Surprisingly disappointing...

Good communication with WhatsApp, and care about transport arrangement from airport, regardless I didn't find anyone waiting for me at the exit...and had to wait an extra hour to get the pre booked taxi.

Weird interaction in person with owner obviously overstressed and finally rude for no serious reasons...I thought to find a chill and family atmosphere, but the place was cringe, not meeting the expectations and reviews, except lower ones at end.

Regardless I got the confirmation that my two remaining nights will be refunded, cause I left after the first night, the owner didn't reply to booking request and...

CUIDADO!,HOSTEL PELIGROSO ,MUJERES NO RESERVAR AQUÍ.El propietario Ydir es un maltratador ,consume sustancias y tiene brotes psicóticos.Anoche jueves 5 de diciembre Ydir,comienza a tener comportamientos extraños : Pasea dando vueltas por el salón toda la madrugada,dando portazos,rezando en voz alta,con comentarios paranoides y sin venir a cuento y sin respetar la distancia de seguridad invadió mi habitación,poniendo su cara muy cerca de la mía mientras invocaba a Alá con gestos agresivos hacia mi,diciendo que me iba a purificar.El jueves de madrugada voy al baño y me lo encuentro en la oscuridad en la misma situación.Asustada regreso a mi habitación(ojo cuidado las puertas no tienen llave,ni tampoco hay armarios con cerradura,NO es un lugar seguro) . El viernes 6 de diciembre mi check –in es a las 10h,cuando regreso de dar un paseo ésa mañana sobre las 9h(previamente me había estado siguiendo y controlando con preguntas invasivas sobre mis paseos) ,sin venir a cuento y sólo porque acaricié un gato que tiene en el patio ,acercó su rostro al mío y comenzó a insultarme a gritos,me zarandeó ,me dijo que yo llevaba el demonio dentro,que no tocara a sus animales(aclarar que tiene una perra encerrada que es agresiva y que la suelta sin aviso) ,yo sólo acaricié un poco al gato y al disculparme me intento agredir físicamente ,me persiguió hasta mi habitación,me insultaba en su idioma,me escupió , me echó de malas maneras del hostel,dijo que iba a quemar las sábanas que usé porque yo tenía la mirada del demonio y gracias a la ayuda de otra huésped mujer,a la que tambien agredió verbalmente ( y que canceló su reserva tras lo sucedido)no pasó una desgracia.REPITO ESTE HOMBRE ES PELIGROSO y consume sustancias en hostel que le hacen tener DELIRIOS.ES AGRESIVO no debería gestionar un hostel y Boooking mucho menos permitir que éste DESEQUILIBRADO MENTAL atendiera a huéspedes,especialmente a mujeres porque no sabes en qué momento le puede dar otro brote...
