Our stay at the final accommodation on our Morocco tour surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure two nights later, every detail was flawlessly executed. The spacious, luminous room offered a comfortable sanctuary, complete with a well-appointed bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. The chic lounge provided ample seating options, while the two expansive swimming pools offered serene spots for relaxation, far outnumbering the guests in attendance.||The highlight of the property was undoubtedly its sprawling garden, teeming with an abundance of fruits and vegetables. The meticulously tended grounds spanned several acres, inviting exploration and admiration.||Service throughout our stay was exemplary, with every meal exceeding our culinary desires, including delightful vegetarian options. The wine selection, reasonably priced and varied, complemented our dining experiences perfectly.||The staff also provided invaluable assistance, offering guidance and maps for scenic walks in the surrounding area. Our unguided four-hour trek showcased the local landscape, though reminders of a recent earthquake were still evident in nearby villages, where many residents continued to endure hardship in temporary shelters.||Despite the challenges, the warmth and hospitality of the locals remained undiminished. While tourism remained sparse, the region's potential for regeneration through sustainable travel was evident. Our tranquil retreat stood as a testament to this, offering a preferable alternative to the bustling day trips...
Read moreThis was the last accommodation in our Morocco tour and it was the best by some distance. From start to finish everything in our two night stay was perfect. Gorgeous light and airy room that was very spacious, comfortable bed, good bathroom with quality toiletries. Lots of seating areas in the stylish lounge. Two swimming pools with so many different places to relax that far exceeded the number of guests. |They have a huge productive garden growing their own fruit and vegetables that spans several acres that is worth a look.|Service was immaculate throughout our stay. All the meals without exception were excellent and they can cater for vegetarian options. Good selection of reasonably priced wine is available. |They can offer advice and maps on walks in the area, we did an enjoyable four hour unguided walk that took us around the local area. Although the hotel was largely unaffected by the earthquake, the repercussions on the local area six months on are plain to see with the nearest village still sadly devastated and many still live in tents. It is important to stress that everyone was so friendly, there are very few travellers around but the area needs tourism to help regenerate, our hotel was quiet throughout our stay and we found staying here a much better option that a day trip...
Read moreReally nice hotel to go after doing some hike or some trip walking in the region. Friendly and helpful staff, architecture is nice pretty, the hotel is well organised with good food and service. We've got the bedroom with a balcony, and it is very spacious and cozy, and face to the mountains. It has a big bathroom. There is a bathroom to have a bath. It's not that big but it's good to have it after you've done Toubkal summit and relax having a hot bath. The pool and the area around is amazing. Be aware that you will be on a isolated area, so if you don't have a car, you'll have to have your dinner there. The food is good and you will pay 240 Dirhams for each person. It comes with starter, main dish and dessert. The bottle of wine has different prices but we paid 187 Dirhams one, and about 220 Dirhams for the other one. The beer costs about 30 Dirhams or 60 for a different type. We bought the Flag Special for 30 Diagram each and it was nice. The breakfast is nice and you eat it looking to the mountains. You pay for a touristic tax, that we were charged 120 Dirham for two days and two people. You pay 132 Dirham for a salad dish. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to relax in this area with mountains around. Such...
