Genova surf house — Hotel in caïdat de Tamri

The owner isnt the nicest guy and so concerned about cleanliness. He is sometimes encroaching. Everything has to be perfect. Felt uncomfortable to be looked after, when its after showering, cooking in the kitchen or after surf. He tells you ten times a day to lock the front door even if you do it every time. Lights cannot be forgotten to turn off and the internet doesnt work well from the rooms. Altogether not very good vibes. There is no common atmosphere so you its hard interact with other guests. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE Disgusted!!! Booked and oaid for complete apartment, with two separate bedrooms. On arrival only one was available, and guardian requested higher cost which we had no alternative but pay. After 1 hour another guest came back who arrived hours earlier and was in other bedroom we paid for. !!!????? TOTALLY...

La vue est splendide mais malheureusement le service est archi nul. On y a séjourné cet été et on était très déçus. les personnes qui s'occupent du lieu sont froids et non serviables. Le séjour à Genova Surf House a été une mauvaise expérience cette année. Etant habitués à passer les vacances d'été hors du Maroc, ce séjour je le qualifierai de dégradant et humiliant. En quittant l'appartement, les deux personnes sont venues vérifier les moindres coins de l'appartement devant nos yeux (ils allumaient même les ampoules pour vérifier).
