Surf Camp Mubaradise — Hotel in caïdat de Tamri

We booked a night in Mubaradise, but when we came, there was no room for us in this exact hostel and they just said “it looks like we overbooked”. However, they found us a place just nearby.

People who work and live there are nice and friendly, but the place is such a mess. Sticky floor, sink full of dishes, gas stove blackened, no toilet paper, only several cartons of toilet paper lay on the floor, roof terrace is a peaceful space to enjoy the view, but it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. One man even swept the floor by himself, so he could do some yoga. 🫠 Moreover, they said that we could use the kitchen in Mubaradise house and have a breakfast with everyone, even if we were sleeping in another villa. That’s quite nice, I guess. But one morning breakfast was not served, because the “employee” overslept and when we came the next day for the last breakfast, they served it for only 2 girls, even if we were sitting by the same table. That was awkward and not understandable.

Well, I had a great welcoming stay with Moroccan hospitality for about five days until one day I met friends outside the hostel. The owner didn't like this, got jealous and there was a lot of drama and I left feeling very uncomfy. He was kind of possesive with me and I felt not like a free person in a hostel. On my trip I met coincidentally two more girls who had the same problem at the same place. So honestly, I can not recommend this place for solo traveling girls. I only write this honest review because I don't want more girls to have this happening to them. Besides that, the common areas are not really special and clean. There is a lot of man "working" there walking through the dorm all the time because it's always open and there are no lockers. I wrote an honest review on booking but he deleted my stay which is why I publish this here. Anyways, you might have a good stay as a guy or couple, but there is more professional and better hostels...
