Hapimag Resort Marrakech — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

The worst customer service I ever experienced. First, youness couldnt find my reservation. And was taking calls during the middle of my check-in. (not very polite). Second, I booked a room for 360 dirham directly through their website. I even received a booking confirmation (see photos). But it turned out the listed price should be in Euros instead. The price on their website was an error. Despite their mistake I was demanded to pay 360 EUR excl. Tax or leave the property. Never heard any excuse or whatsoever. How can you treat your customers like this? No level of hospitality at all. Furthermore, I called with youssef, the manager of this place and had also no understanding for my situation. No apologies either. Lastly, I had to book another hotel last minute using their wifi at the reception since I did not have cellular service. But youness demanded me to leave immediately or I have to pay 1 full night. Surprised by what he just said I left the property. I would not recommend you...

Truly sublime. This resort feels like a quiet, hidden garden…. intimate, elegant, and deeply restorative. The atmosphere is calm and never overwhelming, with lush greenery and beautiful views around every corner. Our room was exceptionalllll: high ceilings, spacious, and immaculately cleaned every day. Breakfasts were relaxed, authentic, and unhurried- the perfect start to each morning- and the staff throughout the resort were warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Everything about the setting felt romantic and peaceful.

My only complaint is in regard to a massage at the spa. I was asked to undress in front of the masseuse rather than being given privacy, which made me very uncomfortable. During the treatment, she also made an unsolicited negative comment about my body hair….something I found not only inappropriate but deeply unsettling in what should have been a safe, soothing environment. Lage: liegt ca 30-40 Minuten von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Tägliche Shuttelbusse sind kostenpflichtig verfügbar, der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ist inklusive. Falls man individuell mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fahren will, ist es ein muss, vorher den Preis zu vereinbaren. Wegen unserer schlechten Erfahrung("krimineller Fahrstil" , unfreundlicher und arrogant wirkender Fahrer)mit dem Taxi 637 , empfehle ich , dieses zu meiden(warum es wohl häufig vor dem Resort wartet...) |Infrastruktur: sehr gepflegt, macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Absolut ein "no go" ist die schlechte Internetverfügbarkeit(am Empfang ists ok, am Pool und den Zimmern eine Glückssache)|Personal: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Erstaunlich schlechte Französisch und auch Englisch-Kenntnisse, sodass Fragen zB zum Essen oder im Spaziergang nicht richtig beantwortet werden konnten. Und bei Problemen lacht der Manager , welcher mehrmals auf diese Probleme aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dieses weg!|Essen: Das Frühstück(auch im Preise inklusive) ist ok. Schade dass es hier keinen frischen Obstsaft gibt. Am Abend hats entweder eine Buffet oder verschiedene Menüs. Auffallend beim Buffet ist , dass beim Fleisch gespart wird, auf Nachfrage gibts vielleicht mehr...Preislich ist deswegen das Buffet zu teuer. Dies wird mit den Menüs "kompensiert": diese sind immer sehr gut. Das Silvesteressen war ok, leider mit einem gewöhnungsbedürftigen Timing. Zudem ists extrem schade, dass mehrere Gänge kalt ankamen, obwohl eigentlich Tellerwärmer vorhanden sind. Der Hauptgang auf dem kalten Teller(Chateaubriand) wurde noch kälter, da das Besteck dafür erst nachgereicht wurde, nachdem wir es verlangt haben.|Ausflüge: haben deren drei gemacht. Dieses sind preislich ok, störend ist jedoch die Tatsache, dass dabei Eintritte (Palast, Anima-Garten) noch separat bezahlt werden mussten.
