PALAIS ALCAZAR — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

The Palais Alcazar is situated 20 minutes by car from the centre of Marrakech. Don’t be alarmed by the approach as it is located in an area undergoing re-development. Once through the gates, you’ll be greeted by an oasis of peace and tranquillity.||Our room, which was in a Riad, was well appointed ‘though a bit dark. (The ‘photo on the website has been taken with the windows open but they aren’t glazed). The garden has been sympathetically planted with species including Bougainvillea, Madagascan Periwinkle, Brazilian peppertree, Chinese hibiscus and Weeping figs.||We were very well looked after by Hiba, Abdel, Younes, Omaima, Chama and the other staff.||Whilst the hotel may be 5-star by Moroccan standards, it is not by international standards; although, to be fair, the prices aren’t either. It took a number of visits from housekeeping before the heating worked satisfactorily. We never managed to get the TV channels to work (possibly because the TV was not connected to a satellite?) Fortunately, the television was intelligent so we could access YouTube, Netflix and Prime Video.||Our main disappointment was with the dinner menu which was uninspiring, boring and repetitive. The food was not particularly well cooked and expensive for what it was. Alternatives were not really an option given the hotel’s location.||Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, saw a deal of Marrakech and the surrounding country. It is a pity it was marred by the quality...

I had the pleasure of staying at Palais Alcazar in Marrakech, and I can honestly say it was one of the most luxurious and comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the most amazing hospitality. The service here is beyond special—you genuinely feel like royalty.||The suite I stayed in was incredibly elegant and cozy, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every detail in the room was immaculate, making it easy to relax and unwind. The calm and peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel adds to the overall sense of tranquility, making it a true oasis in the bustling city of Marrakech.||What really stood out to me was the exceptional staff. They are so helpful and always ready to assist with anything you might need. The receptionist even helped me plan out a detailed itinerary of the best places to visit, which was a huge help.||And let’s talk about the food—The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with top-notch service that made dining a real treat. The pool area is also a dream—quiet, serene, and the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring.||I couldn’t recommend Palais Alcazar more. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable experience...

❌ UNE HONTE ! Expérience déplorable au Palais Alcazar Marrakech — à fuir comme la peste ❌ Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais sans hésiter. Cet “hôtel” est une arnaque complète, géré par des gens malhonnêtes, sans aucun respect ni pour leurs clients, ni pour les conditions d’hébergement les plus élémentaires. AVANT-MÊME D’ARRIVER : Opérée récemment, je contacte l’hôtel plus d’une semaine à l’avance pour annuler pour raison de santé. Aucune réponse à mes mails. Appels ignorés. On me promet un rappel du “gérant”… qui ne rappellera jamais. Ils espéraient que je ne vienne pas pour encaisser 1500€ en silence. Une pure tentative d’escroquerie. ARRIVÉE DE NUIT : PERSONNE Vol en retard de 3h, arrivée à l’hôtel : personne pour nous accueillir, réception fermée. Le gardien, surpris, nous dit qu’ils ne s’attendaient pas à nous voir. Leur plan ? Garder l’argent, et faire les morts. Inadmissible. CHAMBRES INSALUBRES : 1ère chambre : télé cassée, douche bouchée. À CHAQUE DOUCHE, la salle de bain s’inonde complètement : le sol devient une piscine, ça déborde de partout. Le problème ne s’est jamais arrêté, même après avoir changé de chambre. Aucun entretien, aucune réparation, aucune hygiène.Présence de cafards dans la chambre. Peignoirs et serviettes sales, visiblement déjà utilisés. L’eau chaude met 15 MINUTES à arriver, donc si vous survivez à l’inondation, c’est déjà un exploit. Chambre mal éclairée, glauque.. À 6H DU MATIN : UN CHANTIER DE L’ENFER Réveillés tous les matins par un vacarme épouvantable : marteaux-piqueurs, bétonneuses, camions… Le “gérant” ose mentir : “Ce sont les voisins”. FAUX : les ouvriers eux-mêmes nous confirment que le chantier appartient à l’hôtel. Ils louent des chambres en pleine zone de travaux sans prévenir personne. PETIT DÉJEUNER INDIGNE : Viennoiseries rassis, pain de la veille voire plus. Rien n’est frais, rien ne change. Toujours la même assiette médiocre. Même dans une auberge bas de gamme, on mange mieux.ils ont pas de chef cuisinier c’est le personnel de l’hôtel qui fait tout ! GÉRANT = PROPRIO = MALHONNÊTE Aucun professionnalisme. Aucun respect. Aucun geste commercial. Il se fiche totalement des clients, il est uniquement là pour prendre l’argent et disparaître. disparaître. UN PSEUDO 5 ÉTOILES QUI NE VAUT PAS MÊME 2 Vous cherchez le calme, le luxe, la qualité ? OUBLIEZ. Vous aurez : Le bruit d’un chantier Une salle de bain transformée en piscine sale Des cafards Du linge douteux Des mensonges permanents Et un “propriétaire” qui se cache dès qu’il faut assumer! Nous sommes habitués à des établissements haut de gamme comme Tigmiza . là, c’est l’exact opposé : un lieu mal géré, sale, bruyant, trompeur et totalement indigne de Marrakech. Des PHOTOS sont jointes pour prouver cette honte. À fuir ABSOLUMENT. S’ils vous volent, ils vous ignoreront ensuite.

Je confirme l’intégralité de mon avis et je dispose de preuves (capture de réservation, photos et courtes vidéos) qui étayent chaque point évoqué. Votre réponse, en accusant sans fondement mes images d’être « générées par intelligence artificielle », ne répond pas aux faits et ne fait que vous décrédibiliser davantage aux yeux des lecteurs.
