Palais Nejma Oriental — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

During my recent stay at Nejma Palais Oriental, I unfortunately encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly maintained, and I found various areas to be dusty and unkempt.

The owner's attitude further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Their lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness to concerns created a negative atmosphere. Additionally, the payment process did not align with our agreed terms, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my stay.

The quality of the breakfast provided was subpar. The options were limited, and the overall taste and presentation fell short of expectations. Furthermore, the most concerning aspect was the discovery of a cockroach in the room, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one claiming to be a reputable establishment.

The unpleasant experience didn't end there. The hotel had a persistent unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. This not only affected the overall ambiance but also had a negative impact on my well-being. Regrettably, after my vacation, I noticed a significant increase in acne on my skin, which I suspect could be related to the conditions at Nejma Palais Oriental.

Hello Trippers ! Un endroit rare, une perle a tous points de vue, très authentique, et situé loin du tumulte du centre-ville de marrakech, mais néanmoins accessible à pied en 10 minutes. J’y ai passé le nouvel an en famille lors d’un séjour de six jours et nous avons été réellement chouchouté dans ce magnifique riad . en arrivant, le quartier surprend un peu, mais en poussant la porte, c’était un endroit somptueux .C’est une structure familiale, où le propriétaire réside également. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incomparables. Leurs conseils avisés d’excursions nous ont permis de vivre une vraie expérience marocaine, personnalisée et authentique sans être stressé par l’organisation, parfois déroutante des activités au Maroc . Il est également possible de manger sur place des plats cuisinés, délicieux et locaux. J’ai rarement vu une si belle hôtellerie, et autant à l’écoute de ses clients.
